The following is not exactly a full "scene" from start to finish, but instead a series of guidelines and scene concepts; a grab-bag of sorts to use in what will hopefully become a recurring scene for Tora and her friends.

Seeing as so many of Tora's scenes end with the blonde being arrested or hauled off to jail or court, Tora will undoubtedly become a frequent guest/victim of New New Birmingham's intriguing legal system. Like so many of the other systems of authority in place, the NNB courts are both draconian, made up of unpredictable rules and regulations, and quite kinky and perverted, serving largely as a big joke and game that everyone in power seems to be in on, apart from highly attractive and exploitable citizens like Tora. While harsh punishments and prisons do exist for violent offenders, judges and police are encouraged to hand down "creative" punishments for minor offenses, thus keeping the prisons free for real criminals, avoiding expensive incarcerations, and providing a bit of fun for those in charge. Needless to say, sex and kinky things are often used as punishment.

==Trials==
Depending on the scenes Tora has recently played, her reasons for appearing in court or at the police station can be easily carried over. Tora will frequently be brought up on charges of indecent exposure, but other crimes such as petty theft, trespassing, or even wholly fictional charges may be levied.
* The court is highly efficient, with minor criminals being seen almost immediately following their arrest. Tora will usually appear in the condition she ended her last scene in, frequently nearly or completely nude, and frequently bound in some way. Naturally, despite her inability to address this issue, she will be chastised for being "disrespectful" to the courtroom.
* If Tora happens to be gagged, her "refusal" to enter a plea will be considered contempt. This may end the trial immediately with a guilty verdict and skip straight to the penalty, or may simply land her an extra punishment during the trial. A gag will also hamper her ability to testify on her own behalf, allowing the prosecution to spin any lies they wish.
* Tora's crimes can be laid out in a highly humiliating fashion:
** Indecent exposure can consist of the entire court being shown large projected photos of Tora being nude/lewd in public. She may be made to parade around or reenact the prior acts, to let there be a comparison to make sure it's her.
** Theft may involve theories and demonstrations as to where Tora may have hidden the stolen objects.
* Tora herself will often be entered into evidence, perhaps plopped down onto the evidence table, or passed to the judge/jury to be pawed and examined.

==Verdicts==
More often than not, Tora will be declared guilty, and learn of her humiliating fate. Depending on the degree of her offense, this can either set up a whole new scene for later, or some/all of her punishment can be carried out in the courtroom.
* "Community Service" - Any of a series of tasks that prolongs Tora's public humiliation (e.g. sweeping the streets in armbinders with a dildo-handled broom, decorated as a human holiday display in the winter, working in a latex dunk tank at the fair)
* Enforced public nudity for a month
* Put in stocks outside the courthouse, raising public funds at 50c per spank, $2 per grope
* Coated in white plaster and made to serve as the court's new "statue of justice"

In the case of a guilty verdict, Tora will always be hauled off to her punishment either by being leashed and walked out, or carried out bound, or stuffed in a cage/kennel for longer transport.

Tora Spa Day

Tora is out for a day at a luxurious Spa and Bathhouse which has recently opened, hoping for a day of pampering her body, and seeing/meeting some cute guys and girls in their bathing suits, or perhaps in the buff, if she's lucky. She is not lucky, however -- as she is checking in at the front desk, a few of the Spa staff get a look at the hot young girl in the revealing microkini, and take an interest in her... soon, the staff are all circulating her description to their cohorts, singling out Tora for the "Special Treatment."

Once she has checked in and paid for a day's admission, Tora decides to start with a steam in the communal sauna. A staff member offers to guide her through the large resort to that spot, and leads her to the sauna region, telling her the room number and wishing her a nice day. Upon entering the specified room, however, Tora finds herself not in a group sauna, but in a private steam room for one, looking extremely luxurious and inviting. Tora assumes she's gotten lucky, and decides to take advantage of the private room, settling in for a relaxing steam. However, an attendant comes in to replenish the steam and the amenities, and declares that Tora isn't booked for this room, and must be trying to sneak a free upgrade. Tora protests her innocence, but the attendant binds her to the bench -- taking a moment to molest the "freeloader," too, before telling her to stay put while he checks up on her story.

While Tora is tied to the bench, alone in the sauna, another visitor enters. This new visitor comments on how wonderful the accomodations are here, and how much they love the private room amenities -- and proceeds to fuck Tora slowly and lazily, enjoying the relaxing steam and the hot young girl on the bench. Once finished, they leave her alone again, just in time for a new attendant to enter, and ask how everything is going in the sauna. Tora may take in in stride if she's enjoyed the sex, or she may complain in outrage, but in either case, the new attendant offers to take her to the mud baths next (either as the next attraction, or as apology for the 'below expectations' steam).

Tora is brought to a nice mud bath, deep enough to sink into up to her neck, and given cucumbers for her eyes, etc. Once settled in, however, another attendant enters -- and, seeing Tora in the bath, throws a switch in a wall panel. Tora's mud bath is instantly chilled, the temperature rapidly shooting down to freezing, and the mud hardening into an encasement of solid dirt, trapping her in place. Tora is again accused of trying to sneak into areas and services she hasn't booked or paid for, and the attendant lowers a series of pulleys and hooks from the ceiling, using the tools to carve Tora's dirt cube out of the tub, hoisting it into the center of the room and standing it up on its end. Tora is left trapped there while he goes to get a new batch of mud and someone to deal with her.

The girl remains helplessly trapped, as a result, as a new visitor enters...

Tora's new health plan has recently been approved, and she is overdue for a physical exam. She visits the local hospital and is sent to an exam room to strip to her underwear, and await the doctor. The exam room is a standard sterile environment, with cabinets full of medical supplies, a scale, and a cushioned exam table with clean white paper.

Tora is met soon by a nurse, who attaches a hospital band to Tora's neck, as though it were a collar. She explains that they treat furs here, as well, and some of them have thin paws, and the bands slipped off all the time when put on the wrist. If Tora shows reluctance, the nurse will attach a leash to the 'collar' and use it to tug Tora around to the scale, and a quick eye/ear exam. She will also take the girl's heartbeat in several places on her breasts.

The nurse will leave her there, and then the doctor will arrive -- along with a dozen or so other people and furs. This is a teaching hospital, he explains simply, and this is why her health plan is so affordable. Tora is given her exam in front of the entire class, including stripping her nude and having her various parts presented to the curious onlookers. If Tora resists, the students will be given a demonstration in how to restrain hysterical patients (and gag them if necessary).

A simple exam will turn quite humiliating as some of the non-human students ask questions about human anatomy, which will involve unlikely explanations as to human girls' comparative breast sizes, sexual excitement, and historical discussion of rectal thermometer use. Over the course of the scene, Tora is likely to wind up tied to the exam table and thoroughly pawed and prodded by a number of people.

At the conclusion of the exam, Tora is about to be set free and allowed to get dressed, when an orderly and a hospital administrator come in. Tora's health plan was approved, but her coverage was not scheduled to begin until next month. She will be cuffed, hobbled, and led through the hospital naked, off to be tried for insurance fraud.

Tora's Fox Hunt

This scene is intended for Tora and Josephine, a red vixen with whom she attends the local university, and whose friendship she has been trying to "enhance" into something more adult for some time. It features Tora in an unusually dominant role, but she may well wind up punished for it later.

Josephine, being a perpetual victim of bad luck and her own impulsive decisions, is short on cash for life's essentials (university, rent, etc). The vixen thus signs up for a one-weekend job she finds advertised online, looking specifically for a fit young fox girl who'd like to work at an outdoor athletic facility. When she gets there, she discovers that the facility is out in a nice part of the country -- rolling hills, meadows, some trees, etc. There's a large resort-type lodge at the edge of it. She is hesitant to discover that the day's outing is entitled "fox hunting."

However, the lodge owner assuages her concerns -- she is told that they cater to classical sporting enthusiasts. Real fox hunting has long since been made illegal, but they pay highly for fox 'furries' to take the place. All catching methods are non-lethal and are only minor risk for injury, and of course she won't be killed or hurt. All she has to do is give them a good run, and she'll be handsomely compensated. In fact, if she can get clear out of the hunt area, she's free to leave early.

Josephine, needing the money and hearing that the openings tend to fill fast, signs up. The parts that the lodge owner has deliberately not mentioned in the contract: The facility is fenced in and escape never therefore happens. Hunters are given an incredible array of traps and non-lethal gadgets for catching and subduing prey. And, most importantly -- once a fox is caught, the hunter is granted a full day & night stay with their catch in one of the resort's luxury rooms, allowed to do whatever they like with their fox (all tools and toys included).

Tora, meanwhile, shows up a short time later. Maybe she secretly followed Jo in hopes of seeing the vixen again, maybe she's there by coincidence, looking for a weekend getaway, maybe she is looking for a summer job at a nice outdoor resort. Regardless of her initial reasons, she quickly learns about the 'fox hunt' activity, and more importantly, she sees Jo's picture as one of today's 'featured foxes.'

Tora may simply want to protect Jo from being taken advantage of by a stranger that might really hurt her, or may want to 'repay' Josephine for some advantages she has taken in the past. In any case, she still has the hots for Jo, and the entire ordeal appeals to her.

Josephine is told that she will be given a head start, and leaves the lodge on foot. Tora, meanwhile, is calmly allowed to watch the vixen on hidden camera, her position constantly tracked on a helpful GPS locator, and is allowed to choose her weapons/traps. Needless to say, in short order, Tora is able to hunt down and trap the vixen. This can use anything as simple as a foot-snare from a tree or a net, to a more technological solution like a glue gun or pit trap, to something as outlandish as a sprayer that fires fast-hardening latex/plastic, or a pit that leaves Josephine suspended in a cube of clothes-dissolving gelatin. There is plenty of room for choice.

Tora may make herself known to Josephine at any time and reveal what's in store, or she may keep the vixen confused by blindfolding her, but once caught, Josephine is easily stripped naked and bundled up for return to the lodge, be it in a sturdy net, rope bindings, a small cage, or otherwise, and wheeled back in a wheelbarrow or handcart. The lodge applauds Tora's triumphant return and takes a couple of photos of her with her humiliated catch, and sends them off to their private room.

There, Tora can take all the advantage of Josephine that she pleases, undoubtedly involving bondage, sex games, punishment for past transgressions, and plenty of molestation. As night falls and Tora begins to tire, she decides to enjoy the luxury accommodations for a good night's sleep.
