This is just a simple idea I came up with while talking to someone on taps. I'll work it in a bit better later into a better formatted idea.

well in this one rp there has been a new piece added a stone age piece that contains
the cave elf girl. Now being a bit mystical she often does rituals to get
things done or to try to get things done. Of course nothing usually
happens, but this time she needs to tend to her small fields that she keeps,
getting it ready for the small plantings she usually gets to. Well she asks
the spirits for the strength to move some of the large rocks from the
fields. And is surprised when pony gear shows up. Harness, cuffs, bridle,
different bits, reins, collar, bondage mittens, knee pads, that sort of
thing.

Well being a simple girl she has no idea what
all the leather strapping is for. Of course its magical, without buckle or
lock to hold it in place. So she tries another ritual to see if she can
summon a spirit to tell her what the stuff is. Well instead of getting a
spirit she summons a human or equine from a modern piece of the world beast.
Well maybe not summon, basically luck would have it that a rogue gate was
going by his/her shower as they were stepping out of it. Now the hapless
person is normally a shy person, more introverted, but hiding some secret
kinks and has read/scene what the tack is, or at least can figure it out.

Well lets just go
with a male human for the idea for now. The cave elf seems him, naked and
wet, and they do strike up a bit of a conversation, she assumes he's just a
spirit that she summoned, he's a bit shocked, finding himself naked before
one of those fur bikini wearing cave girls from the B-grade movies. She
poses the questions she has and shows him the gear. Well being an honest
lad he explains what he thinks the straps are. One thing leads to another
as he picks up a few pieces, she gets him to try them on, the pieces of
course are magical and shrink to fit. Being an elf her bubbliness and
happiness infect him and he doesn't want to upset her so he does try on
more, and she gets excited with how each piece is magical and gets him to
try on more, till there's only a few things left, like a cock ring, buttplug
and ballgag bit.

Of course she just has to make sure
everything is used, and convinces him to wear them, well the last thing that
was put on was the bondage mittens so he has some problems with it. She of
course has to help him. the cock ring set up so that it keeps him hard, but
doesn't keep him from cumming. When he's all dressed up and there's no more
gear left, then she decides to see just how effective everything is. There
are of course different ways everything can go. He can be put to plowing
the 'fields', or another gate shows up and they're both transported to a
modern piece or back to his place. Or a bunch of different things.
